HorecaBid Marketplace Shipping Policy

Horecabid can fulfil orders to almost all states in Malaysia, as we are partnering with multiple Third-Party Logistics (3PL) partners.

 

Shipping Fees/Rates

The shipping charges are calculated based on the parcel weight, parcel dimension, shipping dimension and your selected shipping option.
You can review the shipping option and rates available in the checkout page (if applicable). The total shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Shipping Timing

The delivery time for orders in Malaysia can be vary depending on the selected shipping option that you have selected.

You can keep track and trace your shipment status from “Track your Order” or click here once you have logged in to your account. *Besides, you may check from your mailbox, as our system will notify you through emails for your order progress.*

If you experience unusual delays in receiving your order or there is no update on your tracking information for more than 3 to 5 days from the date you place your order, please email to us at support@horecabid.com or contact us here with your name and Order ID and we will lodge an investigation on your behalf with the courier company.

 

Shipping Amendment

Any amendments which include add-on/remove/amend shipping details are not allowed after order is placed. Hence, we always suggest reviewing your cart and shipping details carefully before checking out.

If you really wish to amend the shipping details, please email to us at support@horecabid.com or contact us here with your name and Order ID as soon as possible and our team will assist you the best they could. You are required to reach out to us within 24 hours to request for shipping amendment. If you do not request for shipping amendment within this period, we will assume that the shipping details provided by you is true and accurate.

 

Same Day Delivery Order

Please reach out to at support@horecabid.com or contact us here prior to the placement of any urgent orders and our team will check with the vendor and logistic available for you. You acknowledge and agree that there will be extra delivery charges imposed on you for a same day delivery order.

You are eligible to place on order for same day delivery if you:

  • ) are located in Klang Valley, Ipoh, Penang, Seremban, Nilai, Malacca, Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu and Kuching; and
  • ) place your order before 01:00pm (Malaysia Time) on a working day.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE

Please ensure that the following information is accurate when providing the shipping information:

  • ) Vendor/Sender information
  • ) Buyer/Receiver information
  • ) Mobile number, eg 60192228844 without + or -. This is to ensure the third-party logistic partner will be able to contact you or the receiver when delivery is made
  • ) Address with the right address, postcode, city, state, country. We need to provide a correct address to the third-party logistic partner to ensure successful pickup and delivery
