How do I sign up on HorecaBid Marketplace?
For vendor, you may click “Become a Vendor” at the top left of your screen or click here.
For buyer, you may click on “My Account” at the top right of your screen or click here.
For assurance, you may email us before registration to email@example.com.
Kindly ensure the information provided during your sign up is correct.
What should I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, click “My account” and click the “Lost your password”. Fill up your email address. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Please wait at least 10 minutes before attempting another reset.
Do I have to create an account before I purchase product on HorecaBid Marketplace?
Yes! We encourage you to create an account beforehand, as creating an account ensures security for you and our sellers.
Please take the time to carefully read and understand our Terms of Agreement upon signing up to avoid any future dispute.
How do I place an order on HorecaBid Marketplace?
1. You may view the products through our homepage or directly search by categories, brands, or type for your desired product with our search bar.
2. Select the items you desire by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button.
3. Once you are done adding items to your shopping cart, you can finalize your added items by clicking the cart icon on the top right side of the page. When clicked, you can view your cart or click checkout . At the checkout page, you are required to furnish your billing and shipping details and select the payment and shipping options available in the screen.
4. You are required to review and confirm that all the information you provide, including the amounts, delivery details, personal details, payment information, and voucher codes (if applicable) is true, accurate and complete before you click “PLACE ORDER”. An Order is successfully placed when you receive an email confirmation containing your Order receipt from us.
Can I make changes to my order once it's been placed?
Once your order has been confirmed, we will be unable to make amendments which includes add-on/remove/amend to your order. Hence, we always suggest reviewing your cart and shipping details carefully before checking out.
Can I cancel my order once it's been placed?
You may not cancel your order once it’s been placed. If you really wish to cancel, please contact our HorecaBid Support Team here as soon as possible and our team will assist you the best they could.
What are the payment methods you provide?
We accept various payment options for buyers to conduct their purchases.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into your account. Go to “My Account” and click the Orders section. Here, you will be able to see your order status.
Is there any free shipping?
Yes, some of our vendor may set the minimum requirement order or provide free shipping voucher for buyer to enjoy free shipping. So, make sure to check on this special promotion upon your checkout!
I provided the wrong address, will I still be able to change it?

If I’m overseas can I still order products on HorecaBid Marketplace?
Currently, HorecaBid only operates within Malaysia, however, it is our plan to grow and reach out to new potential markets out there! So stay tuned and check our website for further information.
