Refund & Return Policy

General

1. Any request for returns and/or refunds by you is subject to HorecaBid’s approval and the vendor’s return and refund policies.

2. You may request for return or refund of any purchased products (“Products”) if:

  • ) the exterior packaging of the Product is damaged upon arrival;
  • ) the Product is found to be damaged or defective upon opening the package and delivery;
  • ) a wrong Product which does not match the specification or description in the invoice is delivered;
  • ) the Product was sent late without any information or communication from the vendor or HorecaBid; or
  • ) the Products delivered are expired or are near the expiry date without any information given previously by the vendor.

3. In respect of damaged or defective Products upon delivery as stated in section 2(b), customers must contact us through 24 hours.

4. The return and refund request only applies to a Product with payment transacted in full.

 

Return Product

The products should be returned within seven (7) working days from the date you have received the products if only if it meets the following criteria as mentioned in section 2 above.

 

What is the process if I need to return the product?

If you experience any of the foregoing, you may request for a return by following these steps:

Step 1: Check validity of the Return Policy.
Step 2: Contact us at [603-7628 4503] or email us at [support@horecabid.com] within seven (7) working days from the date you have received the Product. In the email, kindly state your order number, name of item, the reason for request, attached 3 clear photos for damaged products (if applicable) and bank details (for us to provide you the refund later).
Step 3: Pack the item (s) in their original condition and packaging.
Step 4: Upon receiving the complete information mentioned in Step 2 above, we will review the case accordingly with the seller. Our team will review your case and respond with further instructions within [three (3) working days].

 

Refund Product

Your refund request should be made within seven (7) working days from the date you have received the products if only if it meets the following criteria as mentioned in section 2 above.

Refunds will be issued within [21 days] or (depending on the method of payment) for the original purchase price once the products are returned to the seller (if required by seller) and/or after the verification or approval process is completed. The mode of the refund is depending on how buyers paid for the products. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

 

What is the process if I want to get my refund?

Step 1: Sign into your account and go to My Orders
Step 2: Click into the relevant Order Number and click on “Request Refund”
Step 3:

Fill in the needed details (Select your refund type and reason for refund request).

Note: If you wish to request for a refund, you may:

  • ) request a full refund upon returning the Products to the vendor, or
  • ) request for a partial refund for Products which you did not receive.
Step 4: You will receive a request for a refund email after you have requested for a refund. If you did not receive the request for refund email within [24 hours] after you have Submitted your request for a refund, you may contact us at [603-7628 4503] or email us at [support@horecabid.com].
Step 5: Upon receiving the complete information mentioned in Step 2 and 3 above, we will review the case accordingly with the seller. Our team will review your case and respond with further instructions within [three (3) working days].

 

IMPORTANT NOTE

We reserve the right to reject any Products which were not returned in accordance with this Return and Refund Policy.

HorecaBid reserves the right to amend this policy at any time with or without prior notice.
